Since the 80s he is co-founder of TV and radio stations, e. g. Radio Bellevue. In the 1990s he launched several experiments in production and broadcasting of interactive TV programmes. He was co-founder of Canalweb in 1998, the first European internet TV. Recently he is responsible for Bandits-Mages, a new media festival in Bourges.
