The Paris-based Kaori Kinoshita was born in 1970 in Tokio. After studying art & design at the University Tokyo-Zokei from 1989-1995, she studied at the 'Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts' in Dijon, and from 1999-2001 at the 'Fresnoy Studio National des Arts Contemporains'. She participated in workshops, worked as assistant director at 'Vide pour l'amour' by Vimukthi Jayasundera (Sri Lanka), was artist in residence and exhibited her work in France, Hungary and The Netherlands.
