The cultural scientist Tido von Oppeln developed and managed together with Matthias Ott several cultural project, like the 'Fehler Pan Tappert' gallery, the 'echtzeitinstituts', and 'saray sosial'.
His works are based on the perspective of cultural sciences, as in the location-based project 'echtzeitsehen <)'. 'StadtFinden Moderne' is the first application of the project, and will start in Spring 2007.
