Yoshinao Sato [jp]

Sato Yoshinao was born 1961 in Shizuoka prefecture. Completed studies at Tsukuba University in 1986. His 'The Books' was chosen Best International Video at imagesfestival 2003, Canada. In 2004 his small 'Land Jazz' was chosen for the final selection of the Hiroshima Animation Festival. His 'desktop' was chosen as a 'Jury Recommended Work' at the Japan Media Arts Festival 2006. He continues to produce new works with a focus on animation made using photographs.
