Günter Stöger was born 1970 in Klagenfurt, Austria. Starting in 1988 at the School of Audio Engineering Vienna, he 1991 became editor at the austrian national TV ORF. At New York University he, in 1998, made his Certificate in film. Since 2003 he is Member of Lumex, an organisation of improvement and interlacing of artistic working methods in the medail sphere. Herwig Turk and Günter Stöger are founding members of HILUS (Intermedia Research Project) in Vienna, and of the Blindspot project.
