Project Library

On occasion of transmediale.07 a temporary project library is installed in exhibition hall 3. All works submitted for the transmediale award 2007, for which the authors have agreed publication in this context, are available for viewing here. 827 of a total of 1030 works are included.

Additionally, several historic compilations of video and media art from Brazil, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Austria and Slovenia can be viewed here. With this, exemplary projects are presented that give an overview on the production in a certain period and/or a geographic frame, to foster a discussion about difficulties and opportunities of such projects in regard to technical, restorative and conservatory considerations.
