Born 1976 in Poznan, Poland, Anna Krenz graduated in Architecture from the University of Technology, Poznan in 2002, and also obtained a Masters Degree in Energy, Environment & Sustainable Design at the Architectural Association in London.
Since 2003 Anna Krenz lives and works in Berlin. Her art has various physical forms, from drawings and paintings to video. The issues that concern her are mostly of social and political background.
In May 2003 she started the ZERO.project, aiming to establish a meeting place and a gallery focused on artists from Eastern Europe.
Anna Krenz also runs a design studio and works as a journalist for architectural magazines.
