Miguel Leal, born 1967, works and lives in Oporto, Portugal. He's currently working on his PhD thesis in language and communication sciencies at FCSH-UL in Lisbon. Leal is founder and co-director of Virose, an interdisciplinary non-profit organization dedicated to art and media technology. Additionally he coordinates the Museum of Modern Strategy (a fictional structure) and its departments since 1997.
