From documentaries to artistic video works
The film and video section consists of a series of programmes, relating thematically to the motto of the festival. Works range from feature-length documentaries, to a number of compilation programmes with short artistic video works. The programme opens on Wednesday, January 31, with the first Infermental special and closes on Sunday, February 4, with the annual video selection.
For the first time, the complete film and video programme will also be presented at babylon berlin:mitte, from Thursday, February 1 to Monday, February 5. Many of the artists will be present at the festival providing an opportunity for discussion afterthe presentation of their work.
