The cultural scientist Matthias Ott developed and managed together with Tido von Oppeln several cultural project, like the 'Fehler Pan Tappert' gallery, the 'echtzeitinstituts', and 'saray sosial'.
His works are based on the perspective of cultural sciences, as in the location-based project 'echtzeitsehen <)'. 'StadtFinden Moderne' is the first application of the project, and will be started in Spring 2007.
