The videowork shows a presentation of Frederik Bilça, an Albanian mechanic engineer whose greatest passion is physics science. He has developed a private theory which he has baptized as ‘New Gravitational Theory of Earth’. One of the chapters of this theory is that of the seismic waives. With this theory Bilça claims that Alfred Wegener, a German scientist that formulated the broadly renowned ‘Plate Tectonic Theory’, was wrong when he considered the seismic waives as caused by the plates movements. Bilça gives his own reasons to believe that the plates that compose the Earth do not exist at all and therefore the seismic movements have a completely other grounds, which he tries to depict in this video. Nevertheless he is completely unknown abroad, as well as in his own country.
